Quattro LED Brings the Benefits of LED Lighting to Recessed Ceiling Grid Installations. It has one of the most homogeneous colour temperatures in the industry, a high colour rendering index (CRI) of 92, efficacies of up to 66 luminaire lumens /circuit Watt - far exceeding the target value of Part L - and is designed to last at least 50,000 hours.
Moreover, with a choice of opal diffuser or micro prism diffuser plate there are soft, low brightness solutions for offices, schools, hospitals and retail environments.
The product utilises a Cree 58W LED light engine, which generates white light with LEDs in a new way. A row of Quattro LED fittings will have the same colour temperature of 3500K, where most other LED fittings will have variations.
The product is available as a lay-in module for 600mm and 625mm exposed T-grid (15 and 24mm) ceilings, is easy to install with “plug & play” Wieland connectors, and can be used to retrofit existing installations.
Using LEDs for general commercial illumination can significantly reduce a building’s energy consumption - about 20 per cent compared to a 4 x 14W T16 fluorescent solution. In addition, the Quattro LED can be dimmed down (using analogue dimming and DALI / DSI interfaces as required) and integrated with modern lighting control systems, giving even greater savings.
